ZNA SoCal is proud have Food Truck this year at our show on March 8th, 2025; 10 am to 3ish pm at the Gardena Civic Center. Working with our great partner like Truckster, we are blessed to have Fuego Me Up serve all our vendors, volunteer and any guests at our show.
Fuego Me Up’s awesome menu for our show will be serving up some of our signature Mexican-Asian fusion dishes:
Fuego Burrito – Chicken, carne asada, or bulgogi with Mexican rice and beans.
Taco Trio – Choice of chicken, pastor, bulgogi beef, carne asada, or jackfruit with onions and cilantro
Garlic Noodles – Savory noodles tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan, with optional chicken or bulgogi
Fusion Rice Bowl – Steamed rice topped with Bulgogi, chicken, or a vegetarian option, fresh veggies, and sriracha mayo
